This kick start programme provides functional, full body workouts using common sense, science-backed exercise design and includes:
- A free consultation to establish goals, exercise preferences, current activity level and circumstances that may affect your programme
- A comprehensive 1 hour fit testing session- measuring body composition, body circumference, plus strength and cardio testing
- One month of training (2x 1 hour PT sessions each week over 3 weeks, total of 6 training sessions)
- On-going monitoring and suitable programme progressions throughout the month
- All equipment is provided
- Fully qualified, REPs registered and insured trainer
